 Warranty Policy

At EZEMTECH LLC, we guarantee the proper functioning and quality of the products we sell according to the warranty policies of the manufacturers. The warranty is exclusive and limited to the customer who purchases the product and is indicated on the purchase invoice, which is required for any warranty process. The warranty period starts on the invoice date and lasts according to the specific product.

1. DOA Warranty (Defective On Arrival)

 

Some brands offer DOA warranty: if a product is within 15 days of purchase and has a factory defect, it qualifies for replacement.

DOA Warranty Process:

  1. Product is submitted immediately for review.

  2. The defect must be verified as a factory fault.

  3. For a complete replacement, the customer must provide the product with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

3. General Conditions for Warranty

  • Ensure items are received in perfect condition, undamaged and complete. No claims will be accepted afterward.

  • If products are shipped to another location, they travel at the customer’s risk, including shipping costs back to

  • EZEMTECH LLC for warranty claims.

  • Loss or damage during shipment is the customer’s responsibility; products should be insured.

4. Warranty Exclusions​

​

The warranty does not cover:

  • Promotional, donated, or gift products.

  • Damage from rust, liquids, acids, dust, chemicals, insects, or other external factors.

  • Damage caused by installing non-original software, viruses, or pirated software.

  • Operating systems, programs, or user information.

  • Misuse or abuse of the product.

  • Improper maintenance or lack of maintenance.

  • Electrical installations outside standards, voltage spikes, sudden power changes, or inadequate communication systems.

  • Cosmetic damage due to normal wear or user handling.

  • Damage during shipment or transport.

  • Natural disasters or force majeure.

  • Use other than standard commercial or industrial applications.

  • Unauthorized interventions or alterations.

  • Removal or alteration of serial numbers or seals.

  • Printers with refilled cartridges, generic cartridges, continuous ink systems, or adulterated print heads.

  • Low screen brightness due to normal lamp aging or image burn-in.​
